the showroom of a car dealer, whether for
new or second-hand vehicles, can be a
daunting or even frightening experience. The
‘technical speak’ of the salesman combined,
sometimes, with an aggressive manner can
lead to confusion, intimidation and the

cars only come to market through ‘word of

Ferrari, Jaguar, Mercedes Benz, Rolls Royce
etc but SACCL can obtain cars from any
